We are located in St. Louis, Missouri

How soon will my item ship?

Once your order has been placed, we will ship your item within two business days.


Can I get a tracking number?

Sure thing! Once the item ships, a UPS tracking number should be emailed to you. If you don’t receive a tracking number within three days of placing your order please contact us and we will give you the tracking number.


How much is shipping?

We ship all of our items via UPS. Orders over $100 are eligible for Free Shipping and all under $100 have a flat shipping rate of $7.50. You have the option of choosing standard ground, 2nd day air, or overnight shipping. After your order is shipped, you will be sent a UPS tracking number via email so you can keep tabs on your shipment.


Do you ship outside of the US?

Unfortunately no, we do not currently ship outside of the United States at this time. However feel free to use the resources on the site for knife research.


Do I have to pay a sales tax?

If you live in the state of Missouri there will be a sales tax of 7.325%. We ship everywhere else sales tax free.


Are all your knives new?

That is correct; all of our knives are sold brand new from the manufacturer's warehouse. No refurbs


What are the accepted forms of payment?

We accept MasterCard and Visa, as well as payment through PayPal. We encourage all of our customers to get a PayPal account as it is free and allows you to use virtually any form of payment.

Do you do any custom work?

Currently we do not do custom work on knives


Can you mail me a catalogue?

We don't currently mail catalogues. The reason…? Our website is our catalogue, so anywhere you have internet access, you can look at our catalogue.


Do you sell replacement parts?

No, at the present time we do not sell replacement parts.


Can I return an item for a different item?

Due to the way our system is set up we cannot exchange an item for a different item (we CAN exchange a defective item for the same model). We would simply issue you a full refund and then you could place an order for a different item.
